We currently service a 125 mile radius from Hohenwald, Tennessee. 

Currently, the homeowner is responsible for obtaining all building and zoning permits from their county’s local building and zoning department. 

 

We do not currently offer this as part of our services, however we do have great recommendations we can provide. 

We offer a one year builder warranty. Appliance warranty varies by manufacturer.

Price is very dependent on many different factors, however, for a general rule it is approximately $85-95 per square foot.  

We do not offer in house financing, however, we do have recommendations we can provide that we have worked with before.

We accept checks, cash, and credit/debit cards. There is a 3% fee for purchases made with credit/debit cards.
