Our material and labor package includes a completed exterior along with interior framing built on your prepared and level pad. This includes forming and pouring the concrete slab, interior and exterior framing, exterior door and window installation, installation of the metal roof and siding, and stonework if included on the print.
The Customer shall be responsible for the site and pad preparation, permits and fees, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and all interior finish work. Interior finish work includes insulation, drywall, cabinets, flooring, painting, trim work, and all other interior work.
Our materials only package includes the blueprints, the lumber for the interior and exterior framework, the exterior doors and windows, and the metal for the siding and roof.
